At WE FLY AUSTRALIA, we operate in the fast-growing transport and mobility sector. Our business is built on reliability, compliance, and professionalism – and we’re now looking for a Senior HR & Compliance Officer to lead both HR and Administration functions.

This is a multi-faceted and critical role, combining expertise in employment law and compliance with hands-on responsibility for administration, asset management, and workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Advise management on Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, and compliance.

Manage employee relations, disputes, recruitment, probation, performance, and terminations.

Develop and enforce KPI frameworks with strict, fair, evidence-based evaluation.

Oversee payroll, benefits, leave, superannuation.

Manage company assets: purchase, registration, insurance, maintenance, quality control.

Handle administration: office supplies, uniforms, name badges, staff facilities.

Foster a compliance culture and a positive, professional workplace.

Provide solutions-based reports to the Director.

Requirements

Citizen or permanent resident of NSW.

Excellent English communication skills.

Asian language proficiency preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employment Law, or Industrial Relations.

Minimum 5 years’ HR/Compliance experience in Australia (transport/logistics/service preferred).

Independent, decisive, able to provide direct solutions.

Must be available to start immediately after interview.

Salary Range: AUD $90,000 – $110,000 + super
