Key Responsibilties

Manage daily salon operations, schedules, inventory, and finances

Ensure hygiene, safety and a welcoming environment

Recruit, train, and lead staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback

Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client concerns professionally

Drive sales growth through promotions, upselling, and customer retention strategies

Qualifications

Previous salon management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of salon operations and hygiene standards

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Business-minded wit experience managing budgets and targets
