About the role

R Hair & Beauty is seeking a passionate and talented Beauty Certificate 4 professional to join our growing team in Box Hill, NSW. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional hair and beauty services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Providing a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, make-up, and body treatments

Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored services

Maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety standards in the salon

Actively participating in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through exceptional client service

What we're looking for

A current Beauty Certificate 4 qualification or equivalent

Proven experience in a similar beauty therapist role, ideally within a salon environment

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry

Strong time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple clients

A creative flair and an eye for detail to deliver high-quality beauty treatments

A friendly, professional and collaborative approach to working within a team
