About the Role

This is a dual role combining hands-on treatment work with leadership and operational responsibilities.
You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, support and guide our team, and ensure The Beauty Bar's standards of service, care, and professionalism are maintained at every level.

Your day might include managing bookings and staff schedules, performing advanced treatments, supporting therapist training, overseeing client experience, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role. Our menu is incredibly versatile, from results-driven skin treatments and brow artistry to body services and spray tanning, so the more you can do, the stronger your application will stand out.

This is not just another beauty role, it's a leadership position for someone ready to take ownership, build strong relationships with clients and the team, and help continue growing our brand with integrity and passion.

What We're Looking For

Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Beauty Services (mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of professional salon or clinic experience

3+ years of management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Highly skilled across a variety of treatments — skin, brows, body, and tanning

Confident managing bookings, stock, and client communication

Organised, self-driven, and able to lead by example

Professional yet approachable — someone who embodies calm, care, and class

Australian work rights are required for this position
