We are seeking dedicated and experienced B2B Appointment Setting Specialists and B2C Sales Specialists to join our growing team.
Your new role
As a B2B or B2C Sales Specialist at Alkhemy, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our clients . Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicating the value proposition of our clients services or products by engaging with a range of leads to build rapport, and convert to a sale.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to leverage your skills and expertise from anywhere in Australia.
How will you make an impact
Key Responsibilities
- Convert B2B and or B2C leads through to close or to an appointment as required
- Undertake a combination of outbound and inbound call activity and lead engagement as required
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Maintain and update email and communication templates
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies and achieve targets for the client
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance outreach efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in B2B and or B2C sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
- Be comfortable making a high volume of calls (100+ calls/day)
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner.
- Ability to effectively convey complex information and articulate value propositions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Experience in ZOHO and Aircall would be an advantage
- A Bachelor Degree in Business or similar would be desirable although not mandatory
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
- Australian residency with eligibility to work remotely..
