The Role
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

• Managing statutory compliance for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies
• Preparing and reviewing Business Activity Statements (BAS)
• Conducting management accounting and monthly financial reporting
• Preparing and reviewing year-end tax planning reports
• Providing business advisory and consulting services

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business services (essential)
• Proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms, particularly Xero
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• CA/CPA qualification or currently working towards certification (highly regarded)
