We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our Support Office team and play a strategic role in shaping data-driven decision-making across our network. In this role, you’ll transform complex datasets into actionable insights that improve service delivery, financial planning, and compliance – ultimately helping children, families, and educators thrive.

What you’ll do:

• Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Analyse raw data and deliver insights that drive operational improvements
• Lead automation projects and integrate systems via APIs
• Partner with centre managers to support performance consulting and training
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting for CCS, NQF, and regulatory compliance
• Build predictive models to forecast enrolments, staffing, and financials
• Provide benchmarking and sector intelligence to guide strategic decisions

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business intelligence, analytics, or childcare operations
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modelling)
• Proven ability to lead BI or data transformation projects in multi-site environments
• Strong understanding of childcare funding models, CCS, and sector operations
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills across all levels
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a track record of delivering measurable improvements
