Why This Role is for You:

You'll begin your journey training with an industry leader at our Indooroopilly and Moorooka locations, learning how to finalise deals, process finance contracts, and provide exceptional customer support. From there, you’ll receive structured one-on-one mentoring from our Senior Finance & Insurance Managers and Brokers, gaining the skills you need to become a successful, fully qualified Business Manager within Westpoint Autos across Indooroopilly, Moorooka, Hillcrest, Springwood & Beaudesert.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service

A genuine interest in the automotive and finance industry

Strong communication skills (face-to-face & phone)

High attention to detail and professionalism

Drive to learn, grow and build a long-term career

Excellent personal presentation and confidentiality

Availability for full-time work, including Saturdays

A team player with a positive attitude

Confidence using computers and learning new systems
