Full-time | Based at Support Office, South Yarra
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is a growing organisation dedicated to connecting, learning, and growing together. We’re seeking an Inclusion & Curriculum Specialist to join our Curriculum & Quality Department at Support Office. This is an exciting new role offering the opportunity to shape best practice across our centres and drive inclusion at the heart of early education.

About the Role you will:
- Provide curriculum leadership and expertise across Aspire services, ensuring compliance with the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive inclusive practices, mentoring educators to adapt curriculum to meet the needs of children with diverse backgrounds, developmental levels, and additional needs.
- Advocate for equity and diversity, embedding inclusion into everyday practice and guiding services to exceed quality standards.
- Develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) collaboratively with educators, families, and allied health professionals.
- Act as a mentor and coach for educators at all levels, fostering reflective practice and continuous improvement.
About You We’re looking for someone who brings:
Core Professional Qualities
- Deep knowledge of early childhood curriculum and frameworks (EYLF, MTOP, NQS).
- Experience in curriculum leadership, mentoring, and quality improvement.
- Strong understanding of inclusion support and experience working within interdisciplinary teams (desirable: Key Worker model).
- Compliance focus with proven ability to guide teams in meeting and exceeding standards.
Personal & Leadership Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative leadership style and reflective practice approach.
- Passion for inclusion and equity as a non-negotiable value in education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – Essential.
- Bachelor in Inclusion Support – Essential.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education, Special Education, or Disability Studies – Highly regarded.
- Current Working With Children Check and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain).
