The Role
We recognise the importance and complexity families face when choosing a kindergarten or child care service. In this role you will be the first friendly face families meet on their journey with BPA Children’s Services. You will be able to make a positive impact on those initial stages that families and our service leaders work though.
Specifically managing areas such as enquiries, wait lists, enrolments and welcome processes. This role is reporting through to the Communications & Marketing Manger and will also engage in events and activities that promote our kindergarten and child care services.

You will love this role if you bring:
Engaging communication skills and a positive approach when working with families, councils and our services with pre-service and enrolment enquiries.
An ability to work on service promotions and engagement tasks which aim to engage families and generate new enrolments.
An understanding of end-to-end process and how to help families and service leaders through this process.
Knowledge or an ability to learn a CRM system that captures a family’s journey and next steps.
An understanding in the ECEC sector or similar family or client journeys.
Valid VIC Working with Children Check Card
Current National Police Clearance
Current Open Driving License
