The Opportunity

We’re excited to welcome two full-time Centre Directors to join our team:

Beecroft Centre (established and thriving)

Ermington Centre (brand new, opening February 2026)

As Centre Director, you’ll lead your service with both autonomy and support, driving high standards while building a positive, family-focused culture.

In this role, you will:

Oversee day-to-day centre operations to ensure compliance, quality care, and smooth running of services.

Manage financial and administrative functions, including P&L responsibilities, documentation, and action plans.

Lead, support, and inspire your educators through effective rostering, recognition, and development opportunities.

Foster strong, lasting relationships with families and create a welcoming, community-oriented environment.

Be hands-on in maintaining quality and compliance on the floor.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care

Leadership experience as a Centre Manager or 2IC

Certifications in:

Working with Children Check

First Aid & CPR

Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management

Child Protection Training

You are:

A passionate, professional leader who genuinely loves early childhood education.

Confident with compliance, regulatory standards, and Assessment & Rating.

Skilled at balancing admin, financial management, and people leadership.

Approachable, supportive, and driven to build a positive team culture.

Flexible, organised, and eager to grow with senior management support.
