What we're looking for

Proactive RN with Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience as Practice Nurse

Experience with Best Practice software

Chronic Condition Management, Health assessments, Care planning

Experience in immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, health assessments, ECG, and assisting with minor procedures

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in general practice or primary healthcare settings

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanour

Proficiency in using medical practice management software and standard office applications

Current CPR certification and basic life support training
