Amity Family Practice is a friendly, accredited family practice dedicated to evidence-based, patient-centred care. We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (AHPRA-registered) to join our small, supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is proactive, organised, and passionate about preventive health.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Deliver childhood and adult immunisations, manage stock, and ensure cold chain compliance.

Prepare and coordinate care plans and health assessments.

Be proactive in identifying opportunities for health checks, recalls, and chronic disease management during the day.

Run and assist with audits (immunisations, recalls, care plans, accreditation-related).

Provide patient care including wound care, medication administration, and assisting GPs with procedures.

Support accreditation, infection control, and quality improvement activities.

💡 About You

Current AHPRA registration, WWC and CPR certification.

Immunisation certification (or willingness to obtain).

General practice nursing experience desirable.

Organised, proactive, and able to manage workflows independently.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
