The Role

As a Registered Architect you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design outcomes across concept, documentation, and construction. Responsibilities include:

• Leading residential and multi-residential projects through all stages - concept to completion.
• Preparing, coordinating, and reviewing design and documentation packages.
• Managing stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Navigating approvals, compliance, and contract administration.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Driving design quality while balancing project budgets and timelines.

The Like Mind

We're seeking architects who bring both creative and technical strength, along with a proactive and collaborative approach. Ideally, you will have:

• 7+ years post-graduate experience with ARBSA registration.
• Proven experience in residential and/or multi-residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred) or AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of NCC, local planning requirements, and Australian Standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, clients, and builders.
