Our client is a growing NDIS (and soon to be community aged care) provider who have a clinic in Bundoora and Blackburn. They’re a family-owned service that are truly values based and care deeply about the clients they support and all of the wonderful clinicians and operations staff that work there. With just under 30 staff in total, they have some exciting growth plans for the next year.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager to join the team, working 2 days in Bundoora, 2 days in Blackburn and 1 day from home. Some flexibility can be offered around this split as long as you’re able to work from both sites.
Managing a growing team of 3 (soon to be 4 or 5) operations assistants, this role will oversee all things admin, customer service, referrer partner relationships management and systems for the business.
Day to day you’ll be
Managing a team of operations assistants across both sites covering intake and general admin
Overseeing referrer partnerships alongside leadership team
Working closely with the director and leadership team on both strategic and tactical growth and matters of operational excellence
Supporting QA from a customer experience perspective, managing escalations and feedback
Comfortable chipping in and helping where needed!

Given the nature of this position, we can only consider candidates who have come from a senior admin role in either a NDIS or Allied Health service provider. You’ll also need the passion and personality type that lends itself well to small business where every single client interaction matters.
If you have over 12 months leadership experience, strong admin and database skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly and possibly look at process improvement, we'd love to have a chat with you!
Salary can be assessed based on experience and capabilities, but likely between $85k - $95k + super. There is some flexibility for the perfect candidate though.
