As a valued junior lawyer reporting to an industry leading Partner (who is an accredited specialist in personal injury law) in a winning close-knit positive team environment, you will relish obtaining justice for plaintiff clients primarily for their workers compensation & work injury damages claims.

Key responsibilities include preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, legal research, reviewing medical evidence, preparing briefs and court attendance.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

are a junior lawyer with minimum 12 months (or more) personal injury legal experience [including in statutory workers compensation-essential];

have experience case managing workers compensation cases from start to finish;

have strong Microsoft Office skills;

have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

are highly organized and can meet deadlines;

have ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
