Our client is a well established player in the compensation space and is know for fighting the good fight. This client takes pride in delivering commercially sound and timely legal advice. Importantly, this firm's public liability team is a close-knit one that provides good training and mentoring for new lawyers.

The Role

Due to growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced personal injury matters to work on a broad variety of matters. A flavour of the work will include:

- Public and general liability matters

- MVA and WC claims

- TPD, Abuse and medical negligence matters

You will have your own caseload to run but you will be provided with ample support.

Candidates with either a plaintiff or defendant personal injury background will be considered.

In this role, you will grow and develop to become a pillar of the team and build the team further.

Good flexibility of hours to suit you to work to the best of your ability.

You

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years personal injury experience (you will be a senior lawyer or senior associate or special counsel)
• Ability to run files on your own
• Strong communication skills and able to confidently speak with clients
• Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
• Commercial acumen
• Strong work ethic
