Currently seeking an experienced conveyancer to join Inner city suburb office. Industry leading client with an immediate start needed!

My client is a well-respected specialist property law firm (servicing both metropolitan and rural WA) with deep experience in agribusiness, property settlements, and rural matters. They pride themselves on combining professional legal capability with a personal, client-focused approach.

About You

• Significant residential and/or farming conveyancing experience (front-to-back file management) needed
• Comfortable preparing documents, coordinating with lenders and clients, and driving settlements through to completion.
• Tech-confident: ideally familiar with Actionstep and PEXA, or quick to adapt.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and capable of keeping multiple files moving efficiently.
• Adaptable, communicative, and able to integrate into an active team environment.

About the Role

• Start: Immediately - initial 1 month assignment, with high likelihood of extension until end of November
• Volume: ~1–2 files per day (approx. 15–20 files over 2 months)
• Files are already open - your role will be to prepare documents, see them through to settlement, and ensure all compliance steps are ticked off.
• Mix of residential and farming settlements
• Preparation of all documentation for settlement
• Receipting funds from clients
• Providing quotes to new clients
• Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process
• Support is available!
• Hours: Desirable 7:30am – 3:30pm - Open to flexibility
• Days: 3 days/week preferred
• Onsite only
