St Anna's is a not-for-profit organisation and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in Brompton, SA. This role offers up to Full-Time Equivalent hours with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, support care staff, and ensure safe and effective service delivery in accordance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive clinical care to older people in line with individual care plans

Undertake assessments, documentation, and reporting to meet compliance requirements

Support, mentor, and guide care staff in day-to-day practice

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practice standards

Ensure safe medication administration and clinical governance practices.

Requirements:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Current National Police Clearance / NDIS Clearance

Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts
