Registered Nurse

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a warm, supportive team in Mount Barker, South Australia. This permanent part-time role (38 hours per week) offers the chance to make a genuine difference in residents' lives within a respected and growing aged care organisation.

• Permanent Part-Time Position (38 hours per week) with a rotating roster of AM, PM and Night Duty shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with clinical care plans and best practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing resident care
• Administer medications safely and ensure accurate clinical documentation
• Support and lead care staff, ensuring best-practice care delivery
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and allied health professionals
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements
• Provide compassionate support during end-of-life care
• Contribute to continuous improvement and attend clinical handovers and case reviews
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all

Key Requirements / Skills:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
• At least 1-year Residential Aged Care or Acute RN experience in Australia (required)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with respect for resident dignity
