About the Role:

Are you a results-driven fundraising professional with a passion for building sustainable donor programs? We are seeking an experienced and strategic fundraising professional to join our team as Program Manager, Regular Giving Guide Dogs and VisAbility WA.

This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our fundraising. You’ll be part of a passionate, supportive, and innovative team that values collaboration and donor-centricity. By building a strong and sustainable regular giving program, you’ll help ensure consistent and reliable income that drives our mission forward.

Reporting to the e Senior Manager, Fundraising WA and Tasmania, you’ll drive sustainable income growth by leading donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship strategies. You’ll collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and service delivery teams to deliver integrated donor experiences that strengthen our fundraising pipeline and help us achieve long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic design and execution of regular giving initiatives across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, direct mail, and mid-value programs.
  • Establish and deliver on annual income targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Develop donor acquisition and retention strategies, applying data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimise outcomes.
  • Oversee the stewardship of donors, ensuring tailored engagement and meaningful donor experiences that strengthen loyalty and commitment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service delivery, and other fundraising streams to ensure integration and alignment of campaigns and messaging.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • 5+ years’ experience leading strategic, donor-focused regular giving programs.
  • A proven track record in donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage donors and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and innovative mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven professional who thrives on achieving fundraising targets and creating meaningful impact.
  • A flexible, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to translate fundraising data into actionable strategies.
