THE ROLE IN ACTION

 Collaborating with users to gather, define, and document according to business needs.

 Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes, procedures, and workflows to identify areas for improvement

 Determining inefficiencies and proposing optimized business methods, system functionalities, and user interactions

 Applying project management frameworks and to develop project plans, estimate costs and assets, and to administer the project

 Undertaking the responsibility for delivering functional solutions by developing, adopting, and executing system test plans to ensure the system meets quality standards and maintains integrity.

 Overseeing the implementation of functional solutions, including the creation, execution of system test plans to ensure system quality and integrity.

 Preparing comprehensive user guides and training materials, and conducting organized training programs.

 Preparing particular functional specifications for system developers to guide solution design and enforcement.

 Utilizing data and process modeling techniques to create clear and precise system specifications for software development

 Serving as a key reference point throughout the project lifecycle, offering expert guidance and support for decision-making

 Working closely with users and developers to enhance the functionality of systems, applications, and online sites.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst, who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable system specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

 A Masters degree in Information Technology

 1-2 years of experience in the same role involving business analysis.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
