The Network are working closely with a Federal Government Department and are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help uplift the Departments Digital Modernisation Program.

Initial contract will be 6 months x 12 month extension - must be Canberra based and hold NV1 minimum clearance.

Essential criteria

• Drive and managing business engagement with a focus on ICT systems and departmental reform.
• Experience working in complex ICT environments dealing with various software solutions including bespoke, off-the-shelf and cloud technology.
• Produce standard analysis artefacts such as "as-is'/"to-be" business process maps, user stories, high level requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, business and systems rules analysis and mapping, BPMN models, cost benefit analysis and benefits realisation plans.

Desirable criteria

• Data modelling and design.
• User experience analysis.
