Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised service that reflects luxury standards.

Share expert knowledge of products and craftsmanship.

Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.

Represent the brand with professionalism and elegance.

Support boutique operations and mentor team members.

Assist with VIP client outreach and follow-up.

Offer insights to enhance boutique performance.

Ensure accuracy in stock, inventory, and CRM data.
