About the Roles
As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, building long-term client relationships and delivering a seamless luxury experience. You’ll engage with clients through meaningful conversations, share brand storytelling, and curate personalised product recommendations. Success in these roles is measured not only by sales but also by your ability to exceed service expectations, contribute to store performance, and uphold the standards of world-leading brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering an exceptional client experience at every interaction
- Building and maintaining client books, fostering repeat business
- Achieving and exceeding sales and service KPIs
- Supporting boutique operations including stock, VM, and after-sales service
- Contributing to a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture
About You
You are polished, professional, and passionate about people. You thrive in customer-facing environments and know how to create a memorable experience that builds loyalty. Whether from luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end hospitality, customer service, you bring the ability to connect with clients, anticipate their needs, and deliver above expectations.
Your Experience
We’re seeking candidates who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- A strong track record of achieving sales or service KPIs
- Previous experience in luxury retail or premium service environments (highly regarded but not essential)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Confidence in building long-term client relationships through clientelling
