About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic supervisor to lead a luxury concession accessories brand at David Jones - Sydney. Your expertise in leading and sales will drive and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while exceeding store sales targets.

Your success in surpassing business goals and KPIs will be rewarded with a generous commission/bonus scheme.

Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years of retail experience

Proactive in networking, business development, and special events

Strong ability to motivate your team to achieve KPIs and store targets

Experience in luxury retail sales

Inspiring visual merchandising skills

Proven ability to drive sales and profitability

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

Experience in fostering a positive, high-performance culture

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

While experience in accessories is not essential, an interest in the industry and relationship-building skills are key
