About the Role
As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will be the face of the many brands instore, responsible for creating exceptional in-store experiences, building strong client relationships, and managing bespoke appointments. You will use your CRM expertise to manage and grow your client portfolio, ensuring each client interaction is thoughtful, personalised, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a world-class luxury client experience
Host personalised client appointments and consultations
Proactively manage a client book using CRM tools
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients
Drive sales and achieve KPIs through expert product knowledge and service
Assist with boutique presentation and visual merchandising
Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting brand values and standards
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in luxury retail or premium customer service
Proven success in client relationship management and clienteling
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
A passion for high-end jewellery and fashion
Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and service-focused
Availability to work across retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
