As a Customer Care Team Member - Service & Deliveries for Keystone Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the delivery & collection of medical equipment to our valued customers within Hospitals and Aged Care settings.

About the role
This full-time Mon - Fri role is a unique and integral part of our operations, ensuring our customers receive proactive, timely support to ensure the continued care of their patients and clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, enjoy the nature of a customer focused role and:

Be confident in driving a large vehicle to and from hospitals and aged care facilities across Melbourne and proactively liaise with healthcare staff at each facility.

Demonstrate integrity, respect and confidentiality when delivering, collecting and setting up rental medical equipment within the facilities, including on occasions, at the patients' bedside.

Have a high level of general physical fitness including, able to be on your feet throughout the day, when not in transit to the facilities, including walking, bending, stretching, and lifting objects up to 11 kilograms onto trollies or loading equipment in and out of the vehicle.

About you

Are logical thinkers and have a hands-on approach to their work, consistently prioritising customer needs.

Have worked in a customer service role, demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to communicate positively at all times with team members and healthcare professionals and their patients.

Are comfortable working autonomously while still being part of a larger team.

Are able to adapt to the changing priorities of a dynamic healthcare environment.

Can confidently operate a tablet, scanning and entering hire equipment details onto an online portal and completing a daily paper copy.

Possess a Full Victorian Licence – Proficient driving skills, comfortable driving a large vehicle.

Demonstrate ability to abide by OH&S and manual handling practices.

Have experience in delivering to health facilities or Patient Transport Services (preferred but not required).

Requirements
Full AU working rights, valid Victorian driver's license & demerit points check, valid Police Check (conducted within the last 3 months) or willing to obtain and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.

Up-to-date certificates for COVID vaccination and an annual flu vaccination is mandatory within a Healthcare setting.
