At Busy Bees at Lara, we are passionate about creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. We’re looking for a qualified Full-Time Educator to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality education and care for up to 103 children.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create engaging, play-based learning experiences, foster strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Your Impact as an Educator

Create and deliver play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

Collaborate with the team to develop inclusive and engaging environments

Contribute to continuous improvement within the service

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) – Working Towards not accepted for this role

Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
