About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Educator to join our supportive team at Busy Bees at Carrum Downs. As an Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for children, supporting their growth and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs

Supporting children’s individual learning and development needs

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and NQF requirements

Creating inclusive, engaging, and safe learning spaces both indoors and outdoors

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
