Our client is a privately owned, national consultancy with an exceptional track record across health, commercial, education, and residential projects. Positioned for the 2032 Olympic pipeline, they’re expanding their Fire Services capability in Brisbane — and they want you to be part of it.

Here, you won’t be just another cog in the machine. With offshore CAD/Revit support already in place, you’ll be empowered to own the design and delivery process: running projects, engaging clients, and building your professional reputation alongside a respected Associate (RPEQ, CPEng).

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering wet and dry fire designs on diverse, high-profile projects
• Running projects end-to-end with full accountability for delivery and profit
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to drive outcomes
• Stepping into a visible role where your expertise and input matter

About you

• 5–7+ years in fire services design within consulting
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects independently
• Strong technical skills across wet and dry systems
• RPEQ preferred, or on the pathway and supported to achieve it
• Ambitious, client-facing, and ready for a genuine step up
