Position

The Adelaide team is growing and there is the need for a Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a solution sales role, and your responsibilities involve meeting with prospective customers, understanding their transport needs and requirements and constructing the most cost effective and efficient logistics service.

The role involves building market share and promoting to new customers, but also managing these clients moving forward and therefore your relationship management along with your proposition/proposal delivery skills will be essential.

This is an on the road face to face sales role whereby autonomy is provided.

On offer is a salary of $115k - $130k + $15k car allowance + uncapped comms with an OTE of $200k

Candidate

It is essential that you have sales experience from within the transport and logistics industry and ideally this would be from selling domestic services.

You also must have a proven track record of successful business to business sales experience where you have managed the full sales process from start to finish, including lead generation, gaining an appointment, pitching, presenting, and ultimately closing.
