100 Percent Bottling Pty Ltd are seeking people to join our edible oils operation in Rutherford NSW.

We have several Process Operator Positions available for experienced operators.

The site has a number of shift structures with the bulk of activity day shift and the current opportunity is for a dayshift role. There are also roles with a rolling combination of day and night shifts and we encourage our people to be flexible across all roles and structures. Currently the factory operates 24 hours per day, 5 days per week, however based on business activity, this could change to a 7 day structure. When operating 7 days per week, the Process Operator role will be required to work 1 – 2 weekends per month and applicable weekend rates will apply for these hours.

Additionally, the candidate will be required to work a reasonable amount of overtime from time to time based on business activity.

Operators must have basic computer skills and will be trained on the companies IT systems and preferred skills include a current forklift licence and a first aid certificate or willingness to obtain the same.

On the job training will be provided and successful candidates will commence on day shift and could then as opportunities become available transfer to the rotating shift structure after the training program has been completed.
