Well established law firm seeks the expertise of an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will mainly be managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish. You will also be running some rural conveyancing files and RV leasing files. Duties include -

• Contract perusal and dealing with clients
• First and final letters
• Following up on outstanding conditions
• On line searches
• Settlement statements and PEXA settlements
• Liaising with Solicitors, Brokers, Agents
• And general file management duties.

You

You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

Salary/Law Firm

Salary is up to $90,000 plus superannuation, dependent upon experience. Well established boutique law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 15. WFH 2 day a week after training.
