Supporting a Solicitor and team
Working across mainly residential conveyancing matters

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support a Solicitor and team in the Property and Commercial Team. Duties include:

• Dealing with new client enquiries,
• contract perusal and dealing with clients
• following up outstanding conditions
• Booking appointments, diary management
• Ordering and checking searches, registration of documents on line
• Settlement statements
• Preparation of Settlements including PEXA workspace
• Liaising with clients and other parties
• Drafting and collation of documents
• And general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm

Well established law firm based at Coolangatta. 65 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 + super). Excellent training and career development.
