The Role & Business

Working as a Senior Estimator on refurbishment and New Build Projects up to $500M. Spanning market sectors including Health and Industrial, you will be working in a team of 4 Estimators and a Bid Manager reporting to the Estimating Manager

With a minimum of six years' experience working as a commercial Estimator, you will have clear communication & presentation skills and have a track record of winning work through tender presentations allied with an accurate pricing record. Skills in Cubit and CostX are appealing but not essential and you will be commutable to their Head office. They have a relaxed attitude to work flexibility / working from home and you will be treated as an adult to get the work done and not be micromanaged. They want to hire the right person and are open to different experience levels an Estimator can bring and will pay accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

You will have a minimum of 6 years' experience working as an Estimator in commercial construction within Australia No Overseas Candidates will be considered

You will come from either a construction trade or degree qualified background

Experience pricing New Build Projects is Essential NOT RESIDENTIAL

Live environment project experience is advantageous

An adaptable, resilient and team focused work ethic is essential

Skills using CostX and Cubit would be advantageous
