The Role
You’ll take ownership of an end-to-end portfolio of 120 residential properties, managing every aspect of the property cycle. This is a well-structured role with great systems in place, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a 120-property portfolio
• Coordinating leasing, ingoings, exits, and inspections
• Handling maintenance requests and compliance
• Monitoring rental arrears and implementing follow-ups
• Building long-term relationships with owners and tenants
• Ensuring all documentation and processes are handled accurately

• Proven experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and competing deadlines
