About the role

As a Bar Attendant at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood, you will be an integral part of the food and beverage team, creating an exceptional experience for our guests. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient bar service, ensuring our customers enjoy a relaxing and memorable time. The role is based in our Burwood, NSW location.

What you'll be doing

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Prepare and serve cocktails, along with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, to our guests

Ensure the bar area is always clean, well-stocked and organised

Handle cash and process payments accurately

Provide recommendations on our beverage menu and make suggestions to customers

Assist with inventory management and stock control

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality environment

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash

Relevant RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
