What we’re looking for:

Great attitude and customer service focus

Team players who thrive in a busy venue

RSA (essential)

RCG (need to obtain within 2 months of commencement)

Your role will include:

• Leading and supporting front-of-house staff during service

• Ensuring RSA/RCG and compliance requirements are met

• Managing stock, POS systems and bar operations

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Assisting with rostering, training and team development

• Helping organise and run events and promotions

You’ll need:

• Current RSA & RCG certifications (NSW)

• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills

• A genuine love for hospitality and community

• Availability to work nights and weekends
