About the role

Join the vibrant team at the Lesday Hotel Group as a Bar Attendant. This casual position is based in our Botany, NSW 2019 location. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel bar.

What you'll be doing

Delivering friendly and efficient table and bar service to guests

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area

Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and hotel policies

Assisting with stock management and inventory control

Supporting the wider hotel team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Knowledge of common cocktails, spirits, wines and beer

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certification

TAB and Keno experience

Flexible and willing to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Minimum 6 months of experience in a bar or hospitality environment

Experience with cash handling and POS systems
