About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant hospitality environment? The Taree Aquatic Club is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Bar Attendant to join their talented team in Taree, NSW 2430. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality drinks and exceptional service to our valued members and guests.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards

Provide prompt and courteous customer service, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations

Assist with inventory management and stock rotations

Adhere to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

Support the wider hospitality team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar bar or customer service role within the hospitality industry

Minimum 3-6 months of hospitality experience is required for this position

We are flexible with experience requirements and will consider candidates with less than the stated minimum experience

Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) practices

Current RSA certification is required at the time of application

A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
