The Role:

As a Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and the whole kitchen team to prepare exceptional food for our guests at this busy property. Suitable applicants should possess the following:

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in cookery.
• The ability to prepare, serve and cook a buffet style menu without supervision
• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Take direction from Head Chef & Sous Chef with orders, menus and stocktake.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of OH&S and HACCP.
• Hotel/resort experience will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work a rotational roster encompassing various service periods over 7-day week.
