About the Company:
Our client is a national food and beverage manufacturer of globally renowned brands. They are on the hunt for a Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team, based in the western suburbs of Brisbane. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

The Role:
As a Quality Systems Coordinator you will be responsible for the integrated risk management systems, including the implementation and continuous improvement of the FSSC22000, AIB and HACCP. This includes:

• Record Keeping and document management
• Lead and conduct internal audits
• Host external quality audits
• Quality and Food safety champion
• IMS development

Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this position, applicants will require:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• GFSI qualifications (ie. SQF practitioner, BRC auditor)
• 3+ Years in quality positions in an FMCG Manufacturing environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs practices
• Strong record keeping and document management skills
• Able to influence and coach

Desirable:

• Beverage or glass experience is highly desirable
• Experience with AIB and QAS
• Experience in leading RCA’s
• Qualifications in Continuous Improvement System (eg. Lean, Six Sigma)
