Recruitment Consultant - Property & Real Estate

You will join our existing Real Estate & Property team of 6 consultants, that has been expanding rapidly due to high demand for our services & our genuinely different service offerings we offer compared to other "recruitment agencies".

Due to growth we are seeking a full time, Monday - Friday Recruitment Consultant to take over one of our top performing Director's recruitment desks, as they transition into another sector of recruitment to try something new after years operating in this space. Recruiting in our property/real estate division.

$60-$110K + Comms (OTE $150-250K+) with commissions 30% up to 50% dependant on performance, with progress into an OWN YOUR OWN AGENCY / BRAND Career Progression option.

JOB DUTIES:
- Work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (or 4:30pm some days) (after hours / WFH at your & our discretion)
- Chase up and perform recruitment duties, end to end plus help from our full time candidate finder.
- HOT clients, fees signed and hot jobs and leads to chase, recruiting for Australia's top Strata Management, Property Management & Real Estate Companies
- Interview candidates, form and re-establish relationships, work with warm and hot relationships and place candidates in permanent full time jobs.

Using JobAdder, LinkedIn, o365, you will have a new Laptop, Business Phone, A grade commercial office space with huge kitchen, lockers, shower, private boardroom and top of the line facilities.

Base Salary/Retainer (negotiable) of $60-$110K + Commissions as approx 30-50% of billings inc Super or thereabouts (negotiable)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate/Property & Recruitment Experience (essential)
- Excellently presented and strong written & spoken skills
- Clean car and drivers licence (ideally, not essential)
