The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our blue-collar recruitment team in Keysborough. If you’re looking for a role where you can truly make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity! You’ll be hands-on, managing candidate relationships, conducting interviews, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met to get candidates ready for work. Plus, you’ll be a key player in supporting our Account Managers and have direct exposure to clients, with the chance to join in on site visits and client meetings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruitment & Candidate Management: Identify, recruit, and match candidates with the right roles to ensure they thrive in the workplace.

Interviews & Assessments: Conduct engaging interviews to learn about candidates’ skills, experience, and aspirations.

Compliance & Work Readiness: Handle all the necessary paperwork and compliance checks to make sure candidates are work-ready.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and be a proactive point of contact for their recruitment needs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, support rostering of casual staff, and engage in site visits to deepen your understanding of client needs.

Teamwork & Support: Be part of a supportive, collaborative team where everyone plays a role in each other’s success.

Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts within our office hours (Mon-Fri, 7am–5:30pm). No weekends!
