Centre: Goodstart Morwell Central
Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
Pay: $53.54 - $70 Per hour (Dependent on qualification and experience) + Super + Bonuses

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
About Goodstart Morwell Central:
- Lead a purpose-built, integrated early learning centre in partnership with the Department of Education and Our Place to support local children and families.
- Located in the beautiful Gippsland region, offering the perfect balance of a peaceful, regional lifestyle while staying well-connected to Melbourne.
- Modern 126-place centre, opened in 2020, conveniently located next to Morwell Central Primary School.
- Spacious, light-filled rooms designed to foster growth and learning, including three nursery rooms, two toddler rooms, and two kinder rooms.
- Diverse programs offered, including kindergarten, playgroup, and maternal child health services, providing holistic community support.
- Strong occupancy rates and growing waitlist.

You'll need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
