About the Organisation
Starting before the centre opens, you’ll work closely with a highly approachable Area Manager to help establish the service and build your own team. Once open, you’ll be backed by a strong leadership team, including a full-time off-the-floor Assistant Director and a dedicated Educational Leader, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best — leading, inspiring and driving success.

Management Responsibilities

• Mentoring and team management
• Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
• Sound understanding of service compliance
• Experience in staff rostering
• Qikkids software or similar
• Strong understanding and experience in performance management
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
• Building a positive partnership with families

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),
• MUST have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
• Current WWCC or VIT
• Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
• High Level of written and verbal communication
• Strong understanding and application in staff management
• MUST have Full working rights in Australia
