What You'll Do:

Guide and support our team while keeping our philosophy at the centre of everything

Build strong, honest relationships with families, children, and educators

Manage day to day operations (yes, there’s paperwork - but we keep it human)

Protect and promote our nature-based, curiosity led learning approach

Be present, not just in the office, but out in the garden, on the floor, in the moments that matter (no you won't be part of ratios)

What You Bring:

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Experience in a leadership or coordinator role

A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and all the practical bits - but also the heart behind them

A calm, confident, and collaborative approach to leadership

A genuine love for nature, play, and letting children lead the way
