The Guest Service Agent is responsible for the smooth running of the Front Office Department at Jackalope. It’s an eventful role with many different areas of responsibility. The position requires an agent who can handle all types of people and situations. Day to day this role can change depending on what is happening in the business and this person needs to adapt easily to changing situations.
Hours
You must be available to work as part of a rotating roster, shifts may include:
Monday through to Sunday shifts – we are open 7 days a week
Generally, shifts include Morning: 7am to 3pm, Afternoon: 3pm to 11pm, or Mid: 11am to 7pm

We have a full time and case role available
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and checking-in and checking-out guests (System used : Opera)
Providing support to all departments (food & beverage, housekeeping, administration)
Maintain accuracy of cash and credit transactions within your department
Providing personalised, high standard of service to all guests
Assist with all guest inquiries and managing guest feedback
Organising the day for the incoming arrivals
Ensuring the service provided to our guests is of a high, 5-star standard
Your Attributes will include
Experience within a hotel or hospitality establishment desirable
Highly motivated, willingness to learn
Immaculate grooming and presentation
Customer service focused
Capable of adapting to guests requests
Adaptable and flexible with a rotating roster is vital
Positive, friendly and caring attitude
Other Requirements
Full working rights in Australia.
Valid driver's license (auto/manual).
