About you
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximise the Rooms Operations. You are a driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience.
What you will be doing?
Management of the day to day operation of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
Ensure service standards are maintained in the aforementioned areas.
Ensure profitability is maximised.
Ensure customer/guest and staff needs are met.
This is a Full- Time role (38 Hours per week).
